Bachelors of Science in Hospitality Studies (B.Sc. HS): Three-year full-time Degree program affiliated to Mumbai University and recognized by the UGC.

HSC (12th) in any stream recognized by University of Mumbai

1. Full-time course with a lot of hands-on practical training.
2. All practical training classes are conducted with groups of 20-30 students, and theory lectures with groups of 50-60 students approximately.
3. Course includes intensive training in all the operational departments of hotels – Food Production and Service and the Rooms Division.
4. Knowledge of accounts and other managerial functions.
5. Communication skills and French.
6. Information Technology.
7. 6-month internship in hotels during the 2nd year with exposure to all departments.
8. On-campus interviews for placements.
